In terms of core technology

Electronic Control Continuous Adjustable Shock Absorber Technology

One is to achieve damping regulation by adjusting the opening of the solenoid valve to change the direction of oil flow (ZF-SACHS, ZF Sachs CDC technology), and the other is to externally install a conical solenoid valve on the basis of a regular shock absorber to control the degree to which the conical valve is embedded in the oil circuit to achieve damping control (Tennak's Menroe CVSA technology)

Mechanical adjustable damping shock absorber technology

A stepper motor is installed above the shock absorber, which is directly connected to the shock absorber control rod. By rotating the angle of the control rod, the opening size of the valve changes accordingly, and the damping of the shock absorber also becomes softer or harder to achieve adjustment.

Magnetorheological fluid shock absorber technology

Shock absorber fluid can change its viscosity under the action of a magnetic field, thereby altering the damping coefficient of the shock absorber. Compared to CDC shock absorbers, the adjustment speed is faster and the adjustment range is wider.

Adjustable stiffness technology for air springs

Corresponding solenoid valves are installed at the connection ends on both sides of the air spring, and the loading ends on both sides are divided into different air chambers. The size of the air chambers on both sides is controlled by solenoid valves to achieve adjustable stiffness of the air spring.

Lightweight design technology for shock absorbers

Adopting the concept of separation and lightweight design, the original steel integral tensile structure is replaced with a PA66+GF30 material welded integrated structure, which fully meets the strength, sealing and other properties of the components while reducing the weight of the finished product.
